Heritage Education Link Program (HELP) Grants

In addition to other Outreach Programs, the Chinese Historical & Cultural Project offers financial assistance for programs or events designed to promote ethnic diversity education for school age children in Santa Clara County, California. The grants are limited to schools and nonprofit organizations in Santa Clara County, California who provide Asian or Asian American historical and/or cultural programs.

    Diversity Day Project: Entire student body to celebrate diversity through a series of lessons and activities. Each class will share an activity-based lesson focused on a particular culture. Completed lessons will result in a cultural artifact reflective of the culture being studied.

    Scholarship Project: Encourage full participation of ethnically diverse students in its professional training program; ethnic diversity in the artists and teachers of dance

  • Chinese Performing Arts of America (CPAA) – CPAA’s mission is to introduce Chinese culture to the American society through performing arts. They perform mainly for schools in the Bay Area.
