From October 14-18, 2020, CAAMFest FORWARD will bring you the best in Asian and Asian American stories through live virtual film screenings, on-demand screenings, and at San Francisco’s only drive-in theater at Fort Mason Center.

Baldwin Chiu and Larissa Lam’s documentary film, “Far East Deep South,” is featured as part of this CAAMFest event. Baldwin Chiu and Larissa Lam are a music and filmmaking husband-wife team and have been past CHCP Speaker Series presenters. The film details the emotional journey of the Chiu family as they rediscover their roots in Cleveland, Mississippi.
