History Happy Hour is a public program lecture series held at the Ainsley House.
On September 27, History Happy Hour will present CHCP’s Governing Trustee Anita Kwock as their featured speaker. Anita Kwock will present an overview of the local Chinese American history, emphasizing CHCP’s role and leadership in our valley, including the Chinese American Historical Museum, Traveling Exhibit, Community Outreach, History San Jose’s (HSJ) Education Programs, plus more.
5:30 pm: Doors Open
5:30-6:00 pm: Appetizers, Wine, Ainsley House Open
6:00-7:00 pm: Featured Speaker
7:00-7:30 pm: Wrap up/event closes
Admission includes: lecture, unguided walk through Ainsley House, light appetizers and beverages (wine, water, and sparkling water).
Admission would also include entrance to both Ainsley House and Campbell Historical Museum, if patron arrives earlier (last tour of Ainsley House is at 3:15 pm); confirmation printout of reservation to History Happy Hour required.
Note that ROAM members receive free admission to both Ainsley House and Campbell Historical Museum.
